  1. Doesn’t look good for CLF aquisition of aks.  I was wondering Justin, if there was a more streamlined way of evaluating a company without reading the 10k.  So much crap out there that I’d like to make sense of the numbers without the bs.  I liked your NKLA post and thought that was by far your best post.  I’m looking for content like that.  Can you point the subscribers/members to some helpful tools?

    1. Yes, I will continue posting more! If you send me companies I can send optimal snapshots of the companies. I would say finding true Revenue growth, ebitda, enterprise value to ebitda are great ways to see how fast the business is growing, how profitable it is, and how highly its valued.

      1. Hey just a friendly suggestion in regards to your growing subscriber market. If you can program a plug and play investment calculator that gives subscribers the opportunity to get a general idea of single stock evaluation…it may help subscriber retention. I’ve been using an excel spreadsheet for real estate ROI that is elementary but I still go back to it everytime I evaluate properties. If we plug in ebitda, EV, sp, etc and it gives us a general but measurable response…that would be amazing. I can’t speak for your general audience but it seems like most are beginning investors and without usable tools we can take advantage of…I don’t see your business scaling. Just a thought. ?

        1. That’s a really good idea! Please stay tuned for more. This website is still only about 10 days old and I made it myself! I’m on the lookout for a good web developer who can help me out and incorporate some of these tools 🙂
